CLAIRE is a Japanese Imabari handkerchief and towel by Kontex, woven in Ehime, Japan from 98% cotton with 2% linen, in three sizes: 32 × 33 cm / 12.6 × 13 in, 32 × 80 cm / 12.6 × 31.5 in and 60 × 120 cm / 23.6 × 47.2 in. Four muted colours.
Made from 98% cotton and 2% linen, it combines softness, absorbency and durability. The compact S size is suitable as a handkerchief or pocket square, while the larger sizes extend its use to the kitchen, washroom and bath.

Founded in 1934 in Imabari, Ehime (Japan's most celebrated towel-making region), Kontex has spent nearly a century perfecting the craft of the towel. Each piece is woven on traditional low-speed looms using over 150 custom-developed yarn blends, then washed with pure soft water drawn from local river systems. The result is a towel of exceptional absorbency, rapid drying, and enduring quality, crafted with care for both the user and the environment.
