About Antiques
All foreign antiques are imported as decorations.
After purchase, it is up to the customer to decide whether to use it for purposes other than decoration.
In addition, antique products may have scratches, stains, wear, or other signs of age due to their nature as old objects.
Color may vary depending on the display you use.
Please check the photographs carefully for the condition of the item.

About Shipping
All orders are shipped internationally from Japan via FedEx or Japan Post, including Air Packet and EMS where available.
For towel orders shipped with FedEx, items are typically packed in a vinyl shipping bag known as a “FedEx Pak.” If you prefer box packaging, please contact us before placing your order or select a box shipping option if available at checkout.
Orders will usually be dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
*Please note that additional processing time may be required during periods of high order volume or when special packing is needed.
CUSTOMS DUTY, IMPORT TAXES, AND DELIVERY TERMS
Import duties and taxes depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
For FedEx shipments to the United States, European Union member states, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, duties and import taxes are generally handled on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis where available. When applicable, these charges are calculated and collected at checkout or otherwise covered by us, so customers should not normally be charged additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.
Air Packet — United States: DDP. Where duties and import taxes apply, they are calculated and collected at checkout.
Air Packet — all other destinations: DAP. Applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and local handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Other shipping methods, including EMS, follow the delivery terms shown at checkout.
RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS, AND CANCELLATIONS
European Union
Consumers in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us. When a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method will be refunded. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method is not refundable.
United Kingdom
Consumers in the United Kingdom have statutory cancellation rights for eligible distance purchases, generally for 14 days after receiving the goods. Applicable statutory rights take precedence over our standard return policy.
Norway and Iceland
Consumers in Norway and Iceland may have statutory withdrawal rights for eligible distance purchases under applicable local law. Applicable statutory rights take precedence over our standard return policy.
Other destinations — non-antique items
Non-antique items may be returned or exchanged for customer convenience if you contact us within 2 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping charge is not refundable.
Antiques where no mandatory statutory withdrawal right applies
Due to the nature of antique and vintage goods, returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted. Returns or refunds are available in cases of material misdescription or clear defects. Please contact us within 2 days after delivery if an issue occurs.
Incorrect or defective items
If an item is materially different from its description, clearly defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 2 days after delivery. Where the return is accepted due to our error or a defect, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us.
