Besonders eindrucksvoll ist der Kontrast zwischen den unterschiedlichen Nuancen der weißen Glasur mit feinem Krakelee und Lufteinschlüssen und der tiefbraunen Glasur im unteren Bereich.
Dank seiner großzügigen Größe eignet sich das Gefäß auch gut als Übertopf.
