현지에서는 단수형으로 “Bubulo(부불로)”, 복수형으로 “Bubuli(부불리)”라고 불리며, 풀리아의 전통 건축에 사용되어 온 테라코타 건축 부재입니다.
주로 볼트 천장과 유사한 구조에 사용되어 석재나 응회암보다 건물의 무게를 줄이는 데 도움을 주었고, 내부의 공기층은 단열 기능도 했습니다.
그 지역의 건축 문화를 느낄 수 있는 오브제로 제안합니다.
