SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

All orders will be shipped internationally from Japan via FedEx or Japan Post's EMS.

For towel orders, they are typically shipped in a vinyl bag called "FedEx Pak" when using FedEx. If you prefer shipping in a box, please select FedEx BOX or EMS.

We will ship your order within 5 business days of receiving it.

After shipment, it will arrive within 1-5 days.
Depending on the situation, it may be delivered by leaving the package at the door.

*Please note that if there is a high volume of orders, additional time may be required.

Customs Duty

Import duties are not included in the product price.
The customer is responsible for any import duties, and these should be paid to the delivery carrier upon receiving the goods.

Refund

If the products are returned without being received, please be aware that refunds for the all price are generally not possible.
