앤티크 이탈리아 화분
ambiant이탈리아 농촌에서 만들어진 작은 크기의 양손잡이 항아리입니다.
윗부분에는 호박색 납유약이 칠해져 있고, 아랫부분은 초벌구이 상태로 남아 있는 소박한 조형이 특징입니다.
19세기 말부터 20세기 초에 걸쳐 농가 주방에서 일상적으로 사용되었습니다.
큰 항아리가 물, 와인, 올리브 오일 보관에 사용된 반면, 이 크기의 항아리는 더 세밀한 용도로 활용되었습니다.
예를 들어, 건조 허브나 향신료 보관, 신선한 치즈를 올리브 오일에 절여 보관하는 'formaggio sott’olio', 소금이나 설탕 등의 조미료 통, 심지어 올리브나 절인 음식의 소분 보관 등입니다.
주방 일에 늘 함께하며 일상생활을 지탱해 주는 그릇이었습니다.
