MOKU ORGANIC is a Japanese Imabari face and body towel by Kontex, woven in Ehime, Japan from 100% organic cotton in a single 33 × 100 cm / 13 × 39.4 in length. Five colours.
Soft, thin and easy to carry, it is suitable for daily use at home, in the bathroom, kitchen, gym, sauna or while travelling. The 33 × 100 cm shape is long enough to wrap comfortably, yet compact enough to dry quickly and pack easily.
Available in soft, natural tones that are easy to incorporate into daily life.

U.S. Kontex shipping: Under $100: Air Packet $10 or FedEx $23. $100–$129.99: complimentary Air Packet or FedEx $23. $130 or more: complimentary FedEx only.
Air Packet takes 12–21 business days after dispatch and is limited to parcels weighing up to 1.5 kg; Japan Post generally offers no compensation for loss or damage. If an overweight order selects Air Packet, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange an appropriate shipping method.

Imabari craftsmanship
Low-speed looms
Woven in Imabari on traditional low-speed looms, from more than 150 yarn blends Kontex develops in house. Weaving slowly keeps tension off the yarn, so the fibres hold their natural loft.
Soft water finish
Finished with the pure soft water of Imabari's local river systems, the water the region's gentle dyeing and washing is known for. It is what gives the towels their absorbency.
Founded in 1934 in Imabari, Ehime (Japan's most celebrated towel-making region), Kontex has spent nearly a century perfecting the craft of the towel. Each piece is woven on traditional low-speed looms using over 150 custom-developed yarn blends, then washed with pure soft water drawn from local river systems. The result is a towel of exceptional absorbency, rapid drying, and enduring quality, crafted with care for both the user and the environment.
