ABOUT SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped internationally from Japan via FedEx or Japan Post's EMS.

For towel orders, they are typically shipped in a vinyl bag called \"FedEx Pak\" when using FedEx. If you prefer shipping in a box, please select FedEx BOX.

We will ship your order within 5 business days of receiving it.
*Please note that if there is a high volume of orders, additional time may be required.

Customs Duty

United States (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)
For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, in addition to the product price.
Since these fees are prepaid, you will not receive any additional bills from customs or carriers upon delivery.
We handle all customs clearance procedures to ensure a smooth delivery.

European Union (DAP – Delivered at Place)
For orders shipped to EU countries, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the checkout price.
These fees will be charged by your local customs office or carrier upon delivery, in accordance with local regulations.
Please note that customers are responsible for paying these charges.

Other Countries
For destinations outside the United States and the EU, duties and taxes may vary depending on local laws.
Unless otherwise specified at checkout, orders are generally shipped under DAP terms (import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer).

ABOUT RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Returns and refunds are accepted only in the case of inadequate explanation or obvious defects.
Please contact us within 2 days after the product arrives.
After confirming your order, for easy cancellation due to customer convenience, Please note that we may not be able to accept subsequent orders.
Regarding cancellation after the payment procedure is completed, Please note that the amount after deducting the settlement fee will be refunded.
If the products are returned without being received, please be aware that refunds for the all price are generally not possible.

For shipments using FedEx Pak, delivery will be made via Doorstep Delivery.
Please note that in the event of theft or loss after delivery, our company cannot compensate for the loss.
