Shipping Policy

1. ABOUT SHIPPING

All orders are shipped internationally from Japan via FedEx or Japan Post.

For Kontex orders shipped with FedEx, items are typically packed in a vinyl shipping bag known as a “FedEx Pak.”

Orders will be dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
*Please note that additional processing time may be required during periods of high order volume.

2. SHIPPING COST

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight, package dimensions, and destination.
Available shipping methods, including costs and estimated delivery times, will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

3. CUSTOMS DUTY

United States — FedEx (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

For FedEx shipments to the United States, when customs duties and import taxes apply they are calculated, displayed, and collected at checkout in addition to the product price.

European Union — FedEx (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

EU destinations ship via FedEx only. When customs duties and import taxes apply they are calculated, displayed, and collected at checkout in addition to the product price.

Other Countries

For destinations outside the United States and the EU, duties and taxes vary depending on local regulations.
Unless otherwise specified at checkout, shipments are generally sent under DAP terms, meaning import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted.
Returns and refunds are available only in cases of insufficient product description or clear defects.
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order if an issue occurs.

After an order has been confirmed, cancellation requests for customer convenience may result in refusal of future orders.
If a cancellation is made after payment has been completed, the refunded amount will be issued after deducting payment processing fees.

If a shipment is returned due to non-receipt, refunds of the full purchase amount are generally not possible.

5. INFORMATION

FedEx shipments are delivered via doorstep delivery service.
Please note that we cannot compensate for theft or loss occurring after delivery has been completed.
Responsibility after shipment transfers to the carrier (FedEx) and the customer, and any related issues must be resolved between those parties.
