All orders will be shipped internationally from Japan via FedEx or Japan Post's EMS.

For towel orders, they are typically shipped in a vinyl bag called \"FedEx Pak\" when using FedEx. If you prefer shipping in a box, please select FedEx BOX.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
