SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

All orders will be shipped internationally from Japan via FedEx or Japan Post's EMS.

For towel orders, they are typically shipped in a vinyl bag called "FedEx Pak" when using FedEx. If you prefer shipping in a box, please select FedEx BOX or EMS.

We will ship your order within 5 business days of receiving it.

After shipment, it will arrive within 1-5 days.
Depending on the situation, it may be delivered by leaving the package at the door.

*Please note that if there is a high volume of orders, additional time may be required.

Customs Duty

United States (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)
For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, in addition to the product price.
Since these fees are prepaid, you will not receive any additional bills from customs or carriers upon delivery.
We handle all customs clearance procedures to ensure a smooth delivery.

European Union (DAP – Delivered at Place)
For orders shipped to EU countries, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the checkout price.
These fees will be charged by your local customs office or carrier upon delivery, in accordance with local regulations.
Please note that customers are responsible for paying these charges.

Other Countries
For destinations outside the United States and the EU, duties and taxes may vary depending on local laws.
Unless otherwise specified at checkout, orders are generally shipped under DAP terms (import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer).

Refund

If the products are returned without being received, please be aware that refunds for the all prices are generally not possible.

For shipments using FedEx Pak, delivery will be made via Doorstep Delivery.
Please note that in the event of theft or loss after delivery, our company cannot compensate for the loss.
Responsibility after shipment lies with the carrier, FedEx, and the customer, and any issues should be resolved between these parties.
