Refund Policy
Returns, Withdrawal Rights, and Cancellations
Return, withdrawal, and cancellation rights vary depending on destination and product type. Where mandatory statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights apply under local law, those rights take precedence over our voluntary return policy. Eligible distance purchases in the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, and Iceland are subject to the applicable statutory rights in those jurisdictions.
Destinations with statutory withdrawal rights
For eligible distance purchases, you may exercise withdrawal or cancellation rights within the period and under the conditions required by applicable law. For eligible purchases in the European Union, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to withdraw without giving a reason.
When a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method as required by applicable law. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method may not be refundable. The direct cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise.
Other destinations — non-antique items
Where no mandatory statutory withdrawal right applies, non-antique items may be returned or exchanged for customer convenience if you contact us within 2 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and the original shipping charge is not refundable.
Antiques
Where no mandatory statutory withdrawal right applies, returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted due to the nature of antique and vintage goods. If an item is materially different from its description, clearly defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us as a guideline within 2 days after delivery. This 2-day contact guideline does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law regarding defects or non-conformity.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Whether cancellation is possible depends on the fulfillment status and any applicable statutory rights. Any deduction from a refund will be limited to actual unrecoverable costs where permitted by applicable law.
