A small ceramic mug found in Southern Italy.
Though not particularly old, I was drawn to the layered yellow and green glazes, typical of everyday pottery from Puglia, and the design that creates a scenic effect from the very movement of the flowing glaze.
This is a small ceramic piece to quietly enjoy the flow of glaze and the overlapping colors as an objet d'art on a shelf or table.
