A cylindrical terracotta object purchased in Puglia, southern Italy.
Because it is hollow, it was used as a building material for insulation in the 1800s, mainly in Puglia, southern Italy, instead of limestone or tuff.
Many of them are destroyed during renovation work, so there are not many left.
